We have personally verified this figure on the spot: the following example is a screenshot of an estate agency offering for sale a villa similar to ours, located on the border and designed by the same architect.

It should also be considered that Villa Italysium will not be built in reinforced concrete, as per the initial project, but has been redesigned by our technical office to significantly increase its structural characteristics, and will be built in steel, therefore with an anti-seismic structure par excellence. The building will have the characteristics of a passive house with 25 cm of natural insulation (rock wool) on the perimeter walls, with consumption that will be reduced by the photovoltaic system equipped with storage batteries to use the energy produced even at night.
